No, my own. I put something in here that didn't have a thing to do with thrift store finds. hahaha!Who's post are you referring to? If it's mine, it's in the correct thread.
You cheeky monkey, you! Been there, done that....No, my own. I put something in here that didn't have a thing to do with thrift store finds. hahaha!
I love Steinbeck and Amy Tan! Great finds! I'm going to visit the thrift stores here tomorrow and see if I find anything interesting, bookwise.Today I came home with a nice paperback of John Steinbeck's Of Mice And Men (it's the movie tie-in edition with pics from the film starring Gary Sinise and John Malkovitch) and a nice hardback 1st of Amy Tan's The Valley Of Amazement.
Make sure you check inside every King book to see if there's an autograph! I found a perfect hardback of Insomnia signed at a Goodwill one time at a tiny town North of Seattle. Yeppers, I paid a whopping $1.99 for an unread 1st printing autographed King book! I have often wondered how and why that book made it to a Goodwill in that tiny Washington town....Oh my!! I pray this happens to me someday!

I'm hoping this will happen to me too one day, but then I keep thinking... how likely is it that I will find one that says...Yeppers, I paid a whopping $1.99 for an unread 1st printing autographed King book! Steve will need two of those hours to write, edit and publish a new book tho, so you'll really only have 12 hours to SAVE THE WORLD!!!!The 14 hours bit, yar?
