Alright everyone, I am looking at what i think is a book club edition of Christine...however the only thing that makes me say that is that it's missing the dust cover price and the edition numbers on the inside front flap...two characteristics of a genuine first edition from what i have read...other than that I believe it is "full size" retail..price either way for me is $5!
Ya done did goodly.... The Firestarter is a real find! Not too many of those hanging around anymore.Only made it to one used bookstore; but on the way back I saw 2 more I didn't know about. Another day ....
These are my finds, all first editions, Firestarter $8.00/ Thinner $7.00/The Dark Half $8.50/ The Talisman $8.95.
Not sure if I did well or not..... What do you think?

My son would love these.Picked these up a couple of weeks ago at a used book store that I frequent often. First printing Lancer Conan's from the late 60's, all in VG+ condition. These essentially replaced all of my not-so-good-condition Conan's that I've had since I was a kid. Bran Mak Morn, King Kull and a few others were also in there. Someone had obviously recently brought in their Robert E. Howard collection, because they were not there a few days before. This is why it pays to hit these stores often.
