The Darkside of the Moon (England really)
Maybe I'm biased, but does anyone else think our UK version is well better?

A few weeks ago I potential thought the British cover (at least the front) was maybe better than the American cover. But the back cover is part of the book cover and I love the Mr. Tastey Truck: I also love the bloody rain and the single blue umbrella with the Mr. Mercedes smiley. I am 301/437 pages into the book and I think the American cover fits the personality of the book better than the British cover.

Although black is a good color to forecast death and tragedy and funerals (and there is a lot of death and tragedy in the book), I don’t like the black umbrellas. The individual blue umbrella is a personal stage for Hodges' and Brady's blood lust (Blood Lust: Blood Rain) to murder each other.

The British cover also does not appear to contain and smiley face emoticon which I think is strong part of the dialogue between Brady and Hodges. The Smiley face is a “HAHA!”, “ I am ****ing with you and jerking your chain; and I can see I wounded your pride”, “ I am mocking you stupid”,” Na Na Na Na! come get me IF YOU CAN”.

The British dust jacket cover contains two errors: on the back, Bradys name is spelled 'Hartfied' - On the inside of dust jacket, Bradys name is 'Hartfield' whereas throughout the book it's 'Hartsfield' ....just sayin'

Yes, they realized that after it had already gone to print and have apologized to Steve for it slipping by their editors. Future printings are being corrected. All you Calvin Towers out there should be checking your copy to see if it will become another goldmine.

Damn it, mine says Hartsfield on the back and inside cover. I only got it about a week after it came out. That's a quick fix. I never get special ones.
