I watched TINY about building one of those tiny houses. Those little things cost more (if they build it for you) than my bigger house I live in right now cost me 25 years ago.

John Waters: THis Filthy World. Hysterical. I loved this . I'm not a fan of his movies (I have a hard time even appreciating them) and I can't stand Divine who was his friend and in almost all of his movies. But this documentary was hilarious and really an eye opener. I learned lots of new stuff.:a11:

In A Town This Size. About a doctor in a small town who abused practically everyone's kids. AND, it was too late to prosecute him, so he got away with it. Disgusting piece of sh*t.

Hi!

I watched Tiny ( I like minimalist but a little too little for me.) and In A Town This Size which was gut wrenching.

I think you might like this one ma'am:

The Manila hostage crisis, officially known as the Rizal Park hostage-taking incident,[3] occurred when a disgruntled former Philippine National Police officer named Rolando Mendoza hijacked a tourist bus in Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines on August 23, 2010. The bus carried 25 people: 20 tourists, a tour guide from Hong Kong, and four local Filipinos. Mendoza claimed that he had been unfairly dismissed from his job, and demanded a fair hearing to defend himself.[4][5]

This was a total flustercluck! MEDIA was a PITA. Disaster.

I hope you enjoy it.

Peace.

Me, too. I loved Calvin & Hobbes when I was a kid. I had a tiger cat we named Hobbes :)

Waterson actually was just a guest cartoonist on Pearls Before Swine
THIS JUST IN: Bill Watterson’s ‘Pearls Before Swine’ art for Parkinson’s to be auctioned in August - The Washington Post
I saw that he had done this. I'm surprised paparazzi haven't tried swarming this guy for a photo. Just to say they found him. He's sort of like Salinger was hiding out from everyone.

I caught The Cheshire Murders on HBO yesterday... I remember hearing about them back when they happened a few years ago, but I never thought much about it.. Very unsettling documentary though, especially the way a few things were described... Absolutely unreal to think people like that exist, but they do.

This was so sad. I just don't get man's inhumanity to man. Just don't get it.
