So I watched the Talking Dead prequel last night. What a waste of time :( I felt like it was just all a big tease up to the real action. However, I did watch some of the Dead white and blue marathon and felt sadness again all over regarding Herschel.

I had dvr'd it and just watched it. I liked it :) but then I like all things Walking Dead lol. Aisha Tyler is one of my favorite Talking Dead guests and Scott Gimple was a bit more talkative than usual. Gimple did give away a spoiler - a spoiler only because he didn't know we were wondering if the undertaker took Beth. He said there was an unfilmed backstory to the undertaker's home and
Gimple said the undertaker had died on a run because he couldn't get out his nitro-glycerin pills in time.

One fan asked why there weren't any naked zombies, surely some people were bathing or something when they turned. Gimple said he had written one into an early script but it wasn't filmed. Hardwick concluded that A&E probably has a No zombie dong policy :)

I liked one of the commercials too lol. I've never watched Breaking Bad and have wondered if its any good. AMC has slated a binge-a-thon of all 62 episodes for later this summer. Beginning Aug. 10, the show will air every Sunday night from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. before wrapping up on Oct. 5 with the series finale.

I would highly recommend that you watch Breaking Bad. It's that good. Real good. :D

What did you think about that short teaser clip?
Carol and Tyreese are walking along the rail tracks towards Terminus with all those zombies behind them but there's no way to know how close they are to Terminus. If they're very close, maybe the zombies will keep the Termites busy enough to allow Carol and Tyreese to rescue everyone. I would love to see Mary torn apart by zombies lol

I was kinda thinking that would be a good distraction for sure. I would also like to see Mary as zombie toast.

I liked the discussion about leadership too. I still think the Governor was a better leader than Rick ever was or could be.

He was a good fascist (he got what he thought needed to be done, done, regardless of the cost), and an excellent politician.

I figured out why I like Rick so much: He's a Stu Redman-type leader (I've loved Stu for at least a decade longer than my husband--lol). Reluctant, and he makes mistakes, but he never gives up and has a good heart. Plus, I like to watch him go batcrap when his family is threatened--haha!
