Look what came and unbeknownst to me, the illustrated version, just like the Wastelands I got at goodwill the other day

Fantastic! All of the Plume trade (larger sized) paperbacks are illustrated editions. While most of them contain all of the artwork that was in the limited editions, some, like Wizard & Glass, don't. The Drawing Of The Three has all of the illustrations in it. Enjoy!

I have two copies of Wizard and Glass from Plume. One with a purple cover and another with a black cover. Both of mine have the illustrations that my LE hardcover does.

The PLume editions don't have all of the illustrations in them. Here's a list of what is in the Grant edition but missing from the Plume edition:
God Help Us
Two Drops Of Poison
And At The Bar, A Whole Line Of Assorted Toughs
Pinch & Jilly
The Fire Light Made Baleful Streaks On Her Face
And Then That Strange Albino Leaf Caught His Eye

I used my own copy of the Plume 2003 edition.

Oh wow, I never thought to compare them picture for picture like that! The artwork is so abstract compared to the other books. I love the artwork in The Waste Lands.

The illustrations in W & G makes my head hurt if I look at them for too long. The Illos for TWL are great, but for some reason the artist gave Jake black hair when he is a blond.

I'm about halfway through. I only read these during work breaks because I would go through way too many books otherwise. While I am still liking it, I am definitely able to put it down for entire weekends.
