Dune Differences

I posted this under the dune thread but doing a separate thread.

I read the dune in bazaar of bad dreams then I listened to audiobook. The 2 are different. Not just a word delete or word added which there is plenty of that too. But whole sentences omitted and whole sentences added. Wondering why the changes. I could see if it was the dune from 2011 compared to bazaar of bad dreams but this is bazaar of bad dreams hardcover compared to bazaar of bad dreams audiobook. They should be same. Anyone know why the 2 are different. Every single page has at least one and mostly multiple changes.

The audiobook version of Dune was recorded before Steve made the edits for the hardcover release of The Bazaar of Bad Dreams and released as part of the Mile 81 audiobook (2012). They used the earlier version rather than re-record it.
