PrayersCourt in the morning. A show cause hearing. Hopefully, this will be the end of it because there is no cause they can offer that would justify them not being evicted. Boulder is about an hour away from us. We live in Fort Collins, an entirely lovely town.
For some of the senior members of the board,you may recall I asked for prayers for a young man,Ben,who was in his mid teens at the time,suffering from cancer..he fought an incredible battle against that horrible enemy,and came back from terrible sickness several times.Such a fighter.He recently had some relapses,but was scheduled for more surgery,but he unexpectedly passed away this morning.He did beat cancer for years,I am guessing off the cuff at least five or six..
He was the son of two of my co workers,and had a younger brother and fiancée..I wanted to thank you guys for the prayers because I truly think your kind thoughts and prayers helped in his indomitable will to fight that monster,cancer,that has taken so many of our family,friends,and neighbors..Thank you again..

I am so sorry for this loss. Cancer is ruthless.
It sure is..this family fought it tooth and nail,they did everything they could..maybe someday cancer will just be a bad memory for people..
So sorry to hear this. A candle will be lit and prayers and thoughts go out to the family, and you. May all find inner peace.

Such a young guy; I know his family and friends are devastated. Looking at the picture of that young man sure reminded me that no matter what I've got going on, people all around me are dealing with much more grieving circumstances. I hope his family heals and remembers Ben's healthy days and his fighting spirit. So sorry for your pain, mjs.
Thank you all,I appreciate your thoughts and sympathy,please though it is for he and his family that I wish prayers,I only met the young man once,but I knew his parents quite well..my heart hurts for them but I know they must be in awful pain,tonight..I am fine..God bless you guys for being so kind and generous,as always..

The kid I grew up with died of cancer at age 16. It is not an easy thing. "To die so young is more than merely dying; it is to lose so large a part of life.”** All the best to you and yours in this time of grief. I hope his loved ones can find comfort in the inspiring memories he has left with you.

Nilla passed away this morning. She was our beloved family cat. Nilla came to us when she was a little kitten
2005 and she lived a long and a healthy life 12 years. But today was her time to leave and become a cat angel.
