Oh, yes Maddie! This family loves Pokemon. Ever since our daughter was 8 or 9 we've watched the shows/movie, played the card game, collected toys... We all play Pokemon Go, too!

That reminded me. When our girl was that same 8-9 we'd watch the Saturday morning cartoons Batman Beyond, Cardcaptor and Jackie Chan Adventures. They were really well done, not brainless garbage like some other cartoons of the era. My favorite of those was Cardcaptor. Remember these, anyone?

Its like Pokemon become a special part of the family, and making memories and more memories . I hope you catch em all Tery ! :snowman:

Foghorn was a real a-hole, wasn't he? ;-D

Once, and I mean only once, I did a pretty mean Foghorn Leghorn imitation on the police radio on a slow Sunday afternoon. My co-workers were pretty amused....my shift supervisor, not so much. It's one of the many ass chewings I received but the only one I can remember where the person doing the chewing was trying very hard not to laugh the whole time as we were listening to my attempt to brighten up everyone's day just a bit played back in stereo in his office...lol.

The Flintstones - the first cartoon aimed at a prime-time family audience, and not just for kids. This one paved the way for all the "adult" animated shows that followed. Seth MacFarlane was hired to do a modern reboot some years aback. Thank Odin, that project crashed and burned.

Scooby-Doo - No further explanation needed.

Hanna-Barberra - Everything. Just...everything. But mostly because of the clips below. As a kid, I knew Muttley was cussing.

The Pink Panther - need I say more?

Superfriends/The Marvel Superheroes cartoons

Heckle & Jeckle

The Yearling - I believe this was produced in Japan. It was an incredibly faithful adaptation of the book. All the right feels. Don't watch the clip below unless you want to bawl senselessly. I love this show because, unlike contemporary cartoons, it refused to dumb down the tragic elements of the novel to pander to the overly-sensitive.

Looney-Tunes

Tom & Jerry

Battle of The Planets

Thundercats & Masters of the Universe - still waiting on a live-action movie for this. They'll probably screw it up by casting The Rock.

The Smurfs - shut up.

The Batman animated show from the 90s - still the best depiction of the Dark Knight.
