Things to Come 1936 A science fiction movie and on the best ever made based H G Wells novel The Shape of things to Come . H G Wells wrote the screen play for the film. It stated Raymond Massey. Ralph Richardson, Cedric Hardwicke. World war II breaks out lasts until 1970, causing civilization to descend into a new dark age. Then a group engineer, and scientists and mechanics who have survived and have organized into a group called Wings Over the World who bring about a rebirth of civilization and a utopia by the year 2036. Epic stuff.

Ah, thanks!

Turns out that it might not have been such a great idea. It gave him a hecken real big frighten. He's watched all kinds of horror but it's frickin' CREEPSHOW that gets all up his nose!

I will never understand how kids' minds work.
Better start saving some money for those years of intensive therapy he's going to need......;;D

I watched the first twenty minutes of Daredevil on Showtime. I am recording the rest of it to watch later. I've never seen it.

I noticed the actor who played AJ on The Sopranos and the actor that plays Hector on Breaking Bad.
And for Stephen King connections: David Keith, who plays the father, was in Firestarter and a Carrie remake.

The Woman In Black (2012)

A young solicitor travels to a remote village where he discovers the vengeful ghost of a scorned woman is terrorizing the locals.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was fun and scary-scary. (A few times I watched peeking through my fingers. Eek!)

I do want to say
, the ending was cheesy,
IMO.

Bazaar Bizarre

In 1988, Chris Bryson was found running down a Kansas City street naked, beaten, and bloody wearing nothing but a dog collar and a leash. He told police about Bob Berdella, a local business...

Really bad documentary about Robert Berdella, a sexual sadist and serial killer. I've studied this creature and I have a strong stomach but, no. You can live to be a million years old and not knowing anything about this...specimen...and be just fine.

I loathe tacked on, jump scare, leave-this-shiz-open-for-a-sequel endings. Other than that, thougb, I liked Woman in Black, too :)
