Which may explain the recent flare up of needing more heartburn medicine than usual. ;)
I've probably mentioned, I work in an osteopath and suffer from awful heartburn, more recently than ever before....I happened to mention it to the osteo and was saying I didnt think it was in my head but how funny I never had any while I was on holiday...long story short, it took looking at my posture at my desk. My back is straight, yes...but my chair too low so I am more...folded? bent into a sharper angle?...that it causes the acids to move upwards. Did that make sense. Wouldnt believe it...moved my chair up a little, next to no heart burn. Just a thought.

We have a "Watch thread" option, I was wondering if there's an opposite function that blocks or "ignores" a specified thread or subforum? Occasionally there are threads that I would not need or want to see again--sometimes you just get worn out on a topic, ya know?

Hahahaha.... I had a similar conversation with a special someone just last week. :nudge:
