Going to pick up my cake today at the bakery; yesterday I got a rocking chair that is suitable for outdoor use so I'll be sitting and rocking on the deck this summer

Thanks - we got a bit of snow flurries yesterday too but very light so it is in our garage for now
Ended up going out for Chinese food; Josh got me bath bombs from Lush and my other son from Edmonton called. Also got a new type of perfume that Andy chose
"The perfume notes include lychee, pink peony, rose and cedar." It smells better after it has been on my skin for a while and warms up

Quick story - yesterday I went to Nova Physiotherapy here in Winnipeg. As I was leaving I mentioned it was my birthday and I had been glancing through a book on display. I asked a question about one section of the book.
There was this lovely blonde lady at the receptionist's desk who turned out to be the author of the book "I Laughed So Hard, I Peed My Pants" (Kelli Berzuk)
I wanted to buy a copy of the book and she surprised me by giving me a copy - free! I said no, I would like to pay for it but she insisted on giving it to me.
How nice of her! I left there feeling so happy.
As I was going back to my vehicle it occurred to me I should have asked her to sign it. Maybe she will be there in August when I go back for a follow up.
It is a great book and I recommend it for any woman who would like to learn about pelvic floor exercises (I remember Not Nadine being a bit embarrassed by me talking about this in the past but I think it is a problem that should be discussed, not hidden under a rug).
I Laughed so Hard, I Peed My Pants by Kelli Berzuk, a woman's essential guide to improved bladder control.
What a nice thing for her to do. And you gave her a gift back by talking about her and her book on a platform that can reach others with this valuable information.
