Mr. King. I love all your work.
My name is Nicky Parker and I live in Anchorage Alaska. I’ve worked over a decade on the North Slope for a seismic company (oil exploration) roughly 150 of us live and work in very remote areas on the tundra. We live in “cat trains” which are modified trailers on skis that we pull with heavy equipment across the open tundra. That is our home as we survey unexplored areas at times. We have one satellite phone in the project managers trailer in case of camp fire, polar bear, or serious injury. I cannot think of a better setting for a horror and I would like to share some ideas of a “turned psycho employee” or camp under siege by something. I have contacts and professional experience in this if you are interested sir.
Much love
Nicky Parker

Welcome to the Board!

Unfortunately, as noted in the FAQ on the main portion of the site, Stephen does not accept story ideas. From the FAQ:

"No, I don't. I really have enough story ideas of my own. Every now and then somebody will advance a concept the way that my foreign rights agent, Ralph Vicinanza suggested wouldn't it be fun to do a modern-day serial story. The result of that was The Green Mile which was published in installments-these little paperback books—but he never suggested what sort of story I might have written in installments and I wouldn't have accepted it if he had done that. I believe in thinking up my own ideas. I really have enough. I really think if I have two or three ideas ahead I'm in totally great shape."
