Glad to see the book is coming earlier, but I was curious about why it was moved up. I have no choice but to assume this is CoV-2-related. Would it be to get ahead of any possible nationwide shutdown by Barnes and Noble or other bookstores (although I believe they are closed in some states now)? Or is it related to anything supply-chain? Just trying to see if this might be a signal of anything...

Also, do we have a blurb yet about the tales contained within? Thanks...

I don't know how we're going to get this book unless we order from online sellers because by the time it gets released all physical bookstores will be closed, if they aren't already. If you order from Amazon it probably won't get to you for a couple of weeks after release date as Amazon is holding off on shipping items that aren't 'essential'.

You most likely will need to ck, but B&N offering curb side pick up on on-line orders. (where avail) but can still order to deliver via mail. Also Books a million has on line shipping shipping in 24 hrs.

Please forgive me for linking these two items. Because, once you read what the stories are about (not detailed reviews, certainly, but enough to give a significant gist), if you are anything like me, you will want to be reading that book...now. I love deals-with-the-Devil stories, so I hope "Rat" is lengthy enough and not the shortest of the bunch.

lol, I love the synopsis for the Holly Gibney one, it's sounds like a blend of slight cheese with a pretty on point social commentary

Yeah, I thought it was just me. Wasn't the previous date May 5?...something like that. Anyway, how often do you get the book you're waiting for a couple weeks early! Great news for everybody suffering through quarantine.
