I thought it was a good little story. First one for me, and I would also like to look up others. The humor was a nice touch. It was very atmospheric, especially the beginning, the cabin setting. I liked the writing style.

I don't know if we need to look for any big, deep meaning in the story. Something dangerous and invisible with big claws killed a guy. I think it is just supposed to be a quick, to the point, scary story. It would be a good campfire story!

I enjoyed it.

No, we will be buying that one. With our discussions, we've tried to limit the selections to something we all have or can find on line. With Steve and Joe, we just assume that the SKMB members have all the Steve and Joe books or will get them as soon as they are available.
