Forgive this (hopefully) stupid question, but I actually do seriously suffer from OCD and wonder if this is an issue or not...

My kitchen is being done over, and I accidentally dropped a cracker in-between the spaces of the exposed boards. As much as I tried, I could not retrieve it. It is now resting on a tile below the floor. Is that any sort of big deal? I would assume not. My intellect says it's fine, but my feelings make me worried. (And I hope I didn't drop any more crackers where I can't see them; there was a bit of a spill when the garbage bag fell over. I was careful in cleaning them up, but there was that one I know of that made it through.)

I guess I'm worried about ants or whatever. Anyway, thought I'd ask about this, hopefully I don't have to say anything to the contractors, thanks...(a search brought up no info).

....no big deal....I DO understand your concern.....I have a touch of OCD myself, but just look at it this way-when someone else purchases your house years from now, you have left them a housewarming gift!.....

Can a vacuum be run over the crack with the possibility of sucking up that cracker?

Having a hard time picturing exactly where the cracker is, and how to get to it. Counter tops off, slipped down between cabinet walls?)
If you can, just forget about it. It's not going to be a problem. Easier said, than done, I know.
The only thing I can think of, is to try and get one of those flat extension attachments that made to slide under and clean out underneath refrigerators. Maybe that could get into a slim tight area. .....just to set your mind at ease.
