....sounds dirty don't it???.....LOL bet you've had that one in your pocket...just waiting
I'm a resident of Australia and I've been a massive fan of Stephen King since I was 9 when walking past a second-hand book store I saw through the large, plate-glass window the ominous figure of the vampire Barlow on the cover of Salem's Lot. I just had to read it. Being 9 I had no money so I did what most non-fearing 9 year-olds did (still do?), I stole it. I read it under the covers with a torch and I've been hooked on Stephen's books since. I'm now forty-five. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself, and I hope to converse with a few of you as time goes by.
Gotcha Annie just takes what she wants. Ask paul.Hi, guys;
Sorry I haven't posted since my initial introduction, but I've been at work. I'd like to say thank you to all those who posted warm greetings and welcomes. You don't know me, and vice-versa, but in many ways it's like meeting people I haven't seen for a long time. You don't get this feeling of 'kinship' from facebook.
A lot of your comments made me laugh, Comments like; don't steal; pay for the book, Young Jedi; and one of my favourites, the gentleman weighing 310 pounds. Pal, weight has no bearing when amongst friends, and you guys sound like the perfect friends. I can't wait to get to know you all a little better as time goes by.
A little insight into who I am; I'm 45, in my 18th year of marriage to a wonderful woman named Tania - she has too be great to put up with me -, two children; 15 year-old Joshua and 11 year-old makayla. And as you've all probably noted from my initial post, I'm a mad SK fan. I won't say number #1 fan as that title has been stolen by a long-deceased Annie Wilkes. LOL.
the gentleman weighing 310 pounds.
