What happened? Complications from surgery is all I read.

Man, this is ridiculous. He wasn't that old.
I knew many of our Tet-Mates were anxiously awaiting word.
One of my favorites. Always so good, I always knew if Bill Paxton was in something I was going to enjoy it, and I always did. So sad. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
So, so sad. Complications from surgery?????? In this day????? WTH??????? He was a fine actor and I am looking forward to seeing all of his movies rerun in the near future. We were just getting the hang of his latest venture Training Day. Prayers for all who loved him.
Heart surgery is so dangerous.. A good man I know, he was one of my best friends' father, died in a very good hospital after a small nick was made in an artery that was unintentional and he passed away.. Pretty scary going into the hospital these days but of course it's been going on for a long time, they say that there are a lot of unintentional deaths in hospitals. Even old Hoss, big Dan Blocker, died during surgery that did not work out..
So sorry for your friend's father, what an awful shock. A small nick in an artery made 'unintentionally' could have been a major error of concentration. But doctors are human and have their own problems and some do graduate from the bottom of the class! Human error is deadly in these scenarios unfortunately.
So, he threw a clot? With hope we'll find out the full results of the post.
