Hey guys (and gals)
I’m pretty excited and need to crow a bit. I have finished a unit/worksheet/assessment (pick your terminology) for every collected short story, poem, or essay by my favorite author Stephen King. I have all of the stories up on Teachers pay Teachers for 2 bucks each and closer to 1 each if you buy the collected work. (There is a link in the thread somewhere)

We read “The Moving Finger “in class this week and they loved it.

I have so many students who want to read “IT” now, but man I don’t think we could get it done in a year. I may tackle an “It” unit over the summer and then just do the young losers club half of the book.

If anyone wants to point me at King stories that he hasn't gathered into a collection that would be awesome.

I am current prepping the to start units for the excellent “20th Century Ghosts” by Joe Hill, “Stories of Your Life” by Ted Chiang, and the short stories of Lovecraft and Hemingway.

OR has a suggestion for a short story that would make a good unit for a middle school to a high school class, please let me know! Nothing that would take over 2 hours to read (70-80 pages max, no minimum), please.
