Has anyone ever had a chance looking through King’s files here?
How does one go about getting permission to see it all?

I think that you have to have a really good reason to get in there such as you are a Stephen King scholar or writing a thesis based on his early writings. I don't think any one off the street can gain access to those writings as they are one of a kind items and very, very rare.
You might be able to email the Library and request an inventory and see if they can make copies of things. I know that there have been a few people who have been able to get some things but there are certain items that one is only allowed to look at and read but no copies are ever given. I think one of our friends here who has written a couple of books about King was able to travel to Maine and was given permission to go through the contents and write about what was in there, but not have copies of some things.Well poop!
Completely understandable though.
Can you let Joe out of the Attic and perhaps he can be our pass to get in?You might be able to email the Library and request an inventory and see if they can make copies of things. Rocky is who I was thinking of, Scott. Just couldn't remember the name off the tip of my tongue. Thank you.....Rocky Wood spent a great deal of space talking about these works in his “lost” compendium....
Although I think you would again need a very special reason. The trouble with copies is that they have a way of reproducing. You might be able to email the Library and request an inventory and see if they can make copies of things.
Just like Tribbles or Gremlins!Although I think you would again need a very special reason. The trouble with copies is that they have a way of reproducing.
