Flowchart: Connection to The Regulators?

*I'm not even half way in yet, so if you can't answer the question without spoilers it's all good, I'd rather wait in wonder lol*

There is a flowchart going around that shows the connections between all the SK novels/stories (and I think movies/tv shows too depending on what one you're looking at) and it shows that Under the Dome is connected to The Regulators. The connection is written as "a note written by Barbie is found."

I read The Regulators and do not recall any such connection. I have an electronic version and used the search function to find any instance of Dale Barbara or Barbie to no avail. I have also tried googling.

I understand...totally a non important point, just something that adds to the story. I saw it while looking for clarification of something else and was just wondering
