You noticed that, huh?You tell me first.
I loathe Madison (FINALLY LEARNED HER NAME!) and hope she gets eaten soon.
I liked Happy Valley a lot, so I'll definitely look into Last Tango. Thanks!Better Call Saul—just started season three. Please, if you’ve watched Breaking Bad, watch BCS; you will LOVE this show. Bob Odenkirk is so great; well, everyone on the show is.
Also have started Last Tango in Halifax and really am enjoying it. It’s created by Sally Wainwright who created Happy Valley. Actress Sarah Lancashire, whom I love, is in both shows.
I was just going to start a thread on the new Roseanne series but saw your post. Yes, I watched it and I loved every minute of it!!!! This show really does portray how most Americans live and struggle from paycheck to paycheck, with all of the ups and downs that go along with living on the edge. I'm not sure how I'll like it if they keep referencing the political atmosphere of the country right now though. I hope they don't bring in the political stuff too much. There's lots of other story lines they can go with (Darlene's son likes to dress in girl clothes, Becky wants to be a surrogate Mom, etc.). I didn't realize how much I missed seeing the show until last night. I'm happy it's back!!Any one watched the new rosanne? I liked it. I think I get the hummor as an adult. I whanted to see the mom. I always loved Darlene and Jackie, and it was good to,see them back

Just watched the first two episodes- it was pretty goodI loved it, it’s like I am re-discovering the show the first time, this time as an adult. I did not really get the original as I was a kid at the time, and only watched in repeats once in a while as an adult. But I really enjoyed it. I did not mind the politics as it is makes scense wiht the characters. If they keep on going wiht it that will get annoying. But I loved seeing Darlene and her kids. I am glad that the original actress is back playing Becky. I loved dan when they where all in the kitchen and he lost it when they mentioned eating the placenta. Ewww and dan was right. I loved how Roseanne handelled the bully’ in the class. That was gold.
Still not a fan of her laugh though
How patronizing to lump all women as victims.
