Yeah, hard times have come to Canada as well.
Condolences to the victims families, this is just horrifying.
I was worried already as is, and now Mr Mercedes happened here, too.
Seems best never to stand in a crowd, keep moving all the time, but this is terror, people are not supposed to live in fear.

Violence and madness have no locality. Thoughts for the loss and prayers for the survivors. I just kept thinking of Mr. Mercedes and the similarities.
Days before the baseball season started they put barricades up to protect the crowd wait8ng to enter. It was to be decided the end of the year if the barricades will remain. I guess that’s a yes. Probably build something more permanent.

Just horrific. My heart goes out to the victims and their family and friends. The last I'd heard they still don't know (or weren't saying) what the driver's motive was. In the long run, I guess it doesn't matter as those families have been forever affected and his motive won't change that. 
A beautiful young woman,cut down in the prime of life,for what,religious extremism? Or whatever his motive was..just so stupid and aggravating that decent folk have to live in fear of these kinds of attacks.

I read he was upset over rejection from women and he could not find a date or girlfriend or something bizzare.
He was upset over being rejected by women and had a grudge against the men who could get a date.
Where did you read religious extremism? I haven’t heard that anywhere.

I think some organizations or news media or people who do not like new immigrants or whatever are trying to twist it into something it’s not. Some places are reporting that he was a Muslim exteremist and they are using that for like reasons to go after people of colour, even though they are totally wrong in this case.
He was charged wiht 10 counts of first degree murder today

I guess maybe! If anybody deserves the death penalty this guy does, I don't think they have it in Canada.
