I always wondered how Misery would be with the scenes of the new book Paul is writing instated, just like the novel. It was never clear to me exactly the main reason they left that out. It could have taken you out of the situation of Paul's confinement I guess. They were never filmed I'm pretty sure. I don't think the dvd extras adress clearly why it was left out, but I believe it was more a case of them feeling it didn't work rather than length/time issues.

I will miss you, Mr. Goldman. You wrote and shared some wonderful and amazing tales with all of us. Your novel Magic is one of my most favorite novels ever. May you Rest In Peace. Joe Hill wrote a very nice story on how he met William on his newsletter that was mailed out today.
