We are (officially) bilingual - well put it this way - there are two official languages in Canada: French and English which means if you want a good government job in Ottawa you should know how to speak French!

Comes in handy if you travel to Quebec City [which is quite beautiful, by the way]

Winter made an unwelcome visit today. Heavy snowfall. The most snow we had this winter so far. I admit it, i'm no winter person. I can stand it for a month between the middle of december and the middle of january but after that a big NO. Don't worry, I WILL SURVIVE!!!!

I'm not sure about the driving laws, but I've already told her that she has to pay for her own insurance, and if she gets a ticket she will be taking the bus!

I had to laugh at this. I always tell my hubby if he ever gets a ticket,Iam going to have it copied on to Christmas cards. I have gotten tickets in my younger days,but he has never had any.:)

Happy Hump Day!!

Had a good birthday but it doesn't feel like I am 32 now. They say that ages is only numbers right??? ;) some people still think I am 25 and I never
correct them. :laugh: okay maybe sometimes.

Life really keeps me busy here. Star needs me my dogs needs me and my friends here needs me. Thankfully I sometimes get some times to just be by myself
and watch TV and take it easy. I also read books again.

Winter continue here, now there is coming a snowstorm but I'm not sure if it reach us or only stays in South Finland. We have enough snow so I hope
it stay away. But forecast says it's getting colder so next week it's probably -20C. Typical Finnish winter. I really wait for summer now.

Have a great day and take care, stay safe too!!

My bedtime now. I'll try to stop by whenever I can.

Tery My son saw that in driving school. I remember something similar from the 80s. Terrifying!

Sundrop Our son got a ticket after he'd been driving about 3 months - in spite of his driving school education! - and he had to do 8 hours of community service, attend an all day Saturday class, and we had to attend a distracted driving class with him one evening - about an hour and a half long. It kept it off of his record and made him a little more attentive. Teenage boys are expensive to insure.
