Actually "Mr. Mercedes" came out before "Revival", but I don't want to wait forever to read the rest of the trilogy so I don't want to start it until "Revival" comes out or at least is on the schedule.

Yes, that's the version of "Doctor Sleep" that I bought earlier this year. Incidentally, I bought "The Bazaar of Bad Dreams" in MMP today. Amazon still calls them MMP, even though the publishers may not be.

Does anyone have a clue why this and "Doctor Sleep" are taking/took the long road to MMP release as opposed to all the others which seem to come out rather quickly?

I can't find it. Various sites list it as available, but they never list the publisher. King's MMP come out under Pocket books (usually). I'm that weird guy that collects the small paperbacks as opposed to hardcovers, probably because that's how I first started buying them in the late 1970s at...
