The first book I remember reading by myself was called The Girl with the Silver Eyes.

I wasn't impressed with the sequel at all. The prequel was ok. It took away some of the mystery, and unfortunately some of the fascination went with it. I think the not knowing and using your imagination is much more terrifying.

I watched this movie several years ago and it really disturbed me though I can't quite put my finger on why. It came on TV the other day and I watched it again. Still disturbed me, but not quite as much. I'd really like to find anyone else who's seen it!
