    I think you are correct.

No, in the book Victor and Belch were killed, but he was spared to take the blame for all of the killings. I would expect him back in Part 2 ... it would be easy enough to retcon that IT saved him from the fall. I did find it interesting that Victor and Belch weren't involved in the ending at...

    Easter Eggs *Spoilers*

When watching the movie, I must admit, I thought during Beverly's scene with Mr. Keene, when he said she looked like Lois Lane, I thought that she did have the look of a younger Amy Adams. I just saw that Adams is in consideration for the role in Part 2 ... not sure if that is a coincidence, an...

I think that was just Richie being Richie. I thought the same thing ... I didn't hear clearly what Bowers said about the fire, but I thought it was something like that. I probably assumed it was a replacement for the book's revelation that he killed Mike's dog, but I thought Henry would have...

I think the answer to that is actually deeper. When the Losers are talking about their fears in the shadow of the Paul Bunyan statue, Richie says his greatest fear is clowns. I think IT was hurt more by the lack of fear from the Losers rather than any physical damage. Bev's stabbing does less...

    Easter Eggs *Spoilers*

Another easter egg, this one to the original mini-series. In the book, Ben lives in Derry, but was in a different class from most of the other losers, as there were two fifth grade classes. In the mini-series, he was the new kid in town. The movie used that version of Ben instead of the book...

I think a shadowbox frame would do nicely, and be a good conversation starter.

    Easter Eggs *Spoilers*

Here's a potential easter egg ... did anyone else get a serious Atropos vibe from Pennywise's lair? Of course, Insomnia was also set in Derry. All that was missing was Gage Creed's sneaker. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it sure felt like it to me.

Don't let that be a deal breaker. This is an EXCEPTIONAL movie, and it captures the heart of the novel better than almost any other adaptation I can remember. You should definitely give it a chance.

    Songs You Think Are...Annoying.

True, and one of those songs that will live forever in sports arenas everywhere ... I think it is illegal to have a timeout in the last minute of a close basketball game and NOT play the opening to The Final Countdown. The soundboard guy could actually get arrested, I think.

Oh. My. God. Was the video real, or did someone do that to his audio? On the plus side, I think we just got a good idea of what the Beatles were experiencing when they wrote some of these songs. Tap. Tap. Tap. I'm tapping out. If there is something worse out there, I don't want to know about it.

Like you, a child of the 80s, Joan Jett's cover was a better version, for me. Still not great, but better.

Actually, grape juice IS an insult to beverages. I'm kidding, I'm kidding, I'm really kidding!!!! Welch's Concord Grape Black Cherry juice is like the best juice ever squeezed out of small berries!!!

    It poster

Found this sign on the wall at my office. Two things. I had to resist writing "It would be unwise." in a red scrawl underneath to complete the It reference. Second thing ... throwing pennies into the urinal is a thing now? What, are we creating our own personal fountains? What could possibly be...

From the trailer, he is still in the drain. I think this is just a creative license/POV thing. Since the poster is elevated, your line of sight takes you from Georgie to Pennywise in a natural motion. If you had to look up and then down in the poster, it would be an unnatural motion. Sorry, that...

I had no idea that is what the "TD" stood for ... they have been popping up all over the place, but they just market themselves as "TD Bank".

I hear you ... I think that I am still watching this simply proves that I am a glutton for punishment. Did you give up before or after

I've been avoiding the NYC commute for the summer because of the train situation here, but I went in last week, and loved seeing this just about a block away from Penn Station.

    Episode 9 "Mist" Opportunity

Hey everyone, Just binge watched Episodes 7-9 after taking a few weeks off, and I have to admit, the show feels a little better as we build to the finale. Don't get me wrong, I'm still hoping that someone forgets to close the door and the Mist wipes out the whole cast in Episode 10, but at...
