Thanks for this^, GNT! LOL.

I love Aaron Paul. I really do think he will make a great Eddie. At this rate, I knew they weren't going to cast someone who's true to Eddie's age of 23 or close to it, so I'll let it slide.

As much as I have disagreed with the casting and what it does or will do to the movie adaptation (or to the story in general), I'm just going to watch the movie with an open mind and enjoy the ride. I have the books and I'll always have my vision and imagination of the Dark Tower world engraved in my mind when I read them. That will never change :)

I would like Paul or Gordon-Levitt. I've seen Gordon-Levitt adopt a New York/New Jersey accent and persona. I've seen him do humor and the heavy. I've seen him thin and muscled out. All in all, I lean toward him. Paul is great "but" there is a big caveat there. We have already seen him playing a junkie in an incredible series. It would be hard to divest that from him and just have him become Eddie. Moreover, I haven't seen him do funny in the way Eddie is funny. That is an entirely different kind of delivery and very difficult to pull off.

*In the vein of Breaking Bad, I stand by my earlier statement that Bryan Cranston in the proper make up and scars, all wiry muscle and mean would be the perfect Cort.
