Ah, the late 60’s and early 70’s sugary-sweet hokum songs. You know they’re your guilty pleasure... simple, catchy, and repetitive tunes. And many of the ‘greats’ succumbed to it's allure... from the Beatles’ ‘Yellow Submarine’ to Def Leppard’s ‘Pour Some Sugar On Me.” Long Live Bubblegum!

What are some of your bubblegum guilty pleasures?

When I started this I didn't expect someone to go so low. :)
Didn't realize anyone could actually get down to your level, didja?

I love me some Bubblegum Pop. The Monkees were, and still are a favorite.
Since you posted them, I had to post another one that I still listen and dance to......every time I hear it. ;;D

:facepalm_smiley:. On the bright side at least it wasn't Bobby Sherman. :)
It was gonna be one of the Cassidy brothers, so I picked the older one. :biggrin2:

I remember the first time the BF caught me listening to Mockingbird, he rolled his eyes so far up in his head, I was sure they'd get stuck, and asked me if I'd lost my mind......... I still don't get it :barbershop_quartet_member:
