I don't know about a full green light. But when you look at art department and effects, it's all from people who've done major films, and films with great visuals. I have a feeling they're aiming big and it will look great.
I think in fantasy films, one of the most important things is to get the look of it all right.

Even though most of the same people worked on the Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit movies, The Hobbit movies look horrible to me. Horrible make-up. Let's hope that everything will be top-notch for the Tower movies!
