Anyone else feel like this soundtrack doesn't get enough praise?

Good luck and remember that surgery messes with one's immune system, so get out the KALE! You are healthy and that is a start.
I won't be all brave and say it's a piece of cake at my end right now, but when I have days that I can move my fingers, I get to moving!
I'll be sure to get out the kale but I make no promises about eating it. :barf:

It really doesn't suck. LOL And it's loaded in vities. I can munch on it like lettuce heehee :p
I've tried it but so far the only way I was able to eat it without grimacing was in a sweet potato soup recipe that was in one of the Blue Apron meals. I've been told I should try kale chips. Sorry for the hijack of the thread. Perhaps there needs to be a new thread, Kale doesn't get enough praise but we've closed down Hot Topics. ;)

No major complaints from me. Will be having surgery on my shoulder next month but should be an easy (relative term) one, fingers crossed that they don't find a tear when they're smoothing out the cartilage. I suspect there will be a surgery on my other shoulder for the same thing given how it feels but that's for another day to worry about. It pales in comparison to what you've been through so will count my lucky stars as it could be worse. (((Anni)))
This is what happens when you lug around wood chippers that weigh twice as much as you do! :p

Pretty much. It started a few years ago when I was doing some Extreme Gardening and making my own concrete pavers and then lifting 50 lb bags of pea gravel to put around them. Add to that yoga (lots of planks and shoulder stands) and the age wear and tear factor and you get arthritis and cartilage damage. At least it's not shoulder replacement, so there's that. I did ask the surgeon if he gives a seniors' frequent surgery discount, knowing I'll probably need the other one done and my knee has been acting up on me. I think he thought I was kidding. ;) :)

They tend to get nervous when you make them think they won't be able to make their mortgage payments on their condos in Hawaii. ;)

Hi KRF, hun! Yep, our Mod is pretty tough, so I'm not worried. Well, that's a lie, I always worry about peeps I care about/
Anyway, the soundtrack is awesome, just wish, like I said, that I could get a live stage version. 'Tear This Cabin Down' was fab onstage, xxooa

That's it, you can sautee it and it IS good. I even put it in my salads n the like. I really need to get into the SUPERFOODS! OK, love, enuff about Kale. What did YOU think of the soundtrack vs the stage tunage? ;)
...I think the stage tunage will always win out for the "genuine" sound, as opposed to the technically polished soundtracks......
