I liked the twist, too. What a brutal ending. Does anyone think Marion will return?

I don't think so. She wanted to get the hell away from Sam so she doesn't really have any reason unless she wants to reconcile with Sam. One interesting thing though is that she threw her phone away. So, she will have no idea that Sam is not trying to call her.

Yeah, that's true. When the police show up Norman could blame Sam's death on Marion. His death happened in her room and she was seen beating the crap out of his car with a crowbar. Lol
But at the moment his death is merely a disappearance. I am sure Norman will dispose of the body.

maybe it's just me but I didn't love the twist. I was so looking forward to seeing Marion get it! They've done such a good job honoring Psycho that I felt let down they didn't kill her. I thought Rihanna did a pretty good job but yeah I don't think we'll see Marion again. Joe made a good point though, that it was Norman and not Norma that killed Sam but I really wanted to see a dress and wig on that boy again! ;-D I'm assuming Dylan(siiiigh)and Emma will be going back to the motel soon? Do you think they'll get killed?

They have twisted a couple other iconic scenes from the movie too. A couple of weeks ago, there was the scene with Norman at the traffic light. I think the twists are necessary so we don't know exactly what's going to happen. I like that they are recreating certain scenes but changing the characters some. Since they have done these little twists, I'm not so sure how the ending is going to play out now and I kind of like that but I see your point too. They have a fine line to walk dealing with such an iconic film.

Excellent points. I totally didn't even catch on to the traffic light scene!

In the movie when Marion is leaving town, she stops at a traffic light and her boss is crossing the street in front of her and makes eye contact with her. In the show, it was Norman sitting at the light and his psychiatrist is crossing the street.

I don't know what to think about Dylan and Emma. I think that Dylan will go back but I'm not sure about Emma. Dylan probably will be the one that ends up helping the police with the details they need. I don't have a clue about his ultimate fate.

The psychiatrist was a shocker.

I was totally shocked.
I was shocked that the pharmacist shared that with Dylan as much as the actual revelation. Also, that ending! Do you think Dylan will be so understanding when Norman explains it was Norma that tried to kill him and that he tried to save Dylan? I'm interested to see how that plays out.
