....welcome!....there are several available, but good is of course subjective.....I would avoid anything by George Beahm though....
The Art Of Darkness by Douglas Winter is a good one, although it's outdated now.
...that one was my first thought as well....and I’m also out of date....
Not classified as a biography, but On Writing and Hearts in Suspension give insights into his life.

Danse Macabre has a ton of personal stories from Stephen. People overlook this one for whatever reason. Lots of personal anecdotes.
