I saw a documentary about Carver on PBS not long ago and thought he was an amazing man. It's my understanding he never married and he made several advancements in agriculture. He died in Alabama.

I'm a bit miffed that February has recently been taken over as Healthy Heart Month or something similar instead of Black History Month. Just leave it alone already.
