Will you unbox him?
See the first part of the article/ before delivery. Is there a UPS store near your location?Saturday (4/13/2019) is Record Store Day!
There are a couple things I'm hoping to score. One is a Ramones double live album. It's not the It's Alive release but is from the same era.
Also, my Charvel is on the way! It's scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. Of course, I will not be home most of the day and when I called UPS to reschedule the delivery they would not do it. I have to wait for them to make a failed delivery attempt and then I can reschedule. It really makes my head hurt. That's another story for another thread. Well, maybe not. Gist of the story is all delivery companies don't care about non-commercial accounts and treat individual customers like crap.

Did you get the father-in-law a new lawnmower? And her name is insert wife's name here.I picked up two extensions for one of my gas trimmers... a pole saw and a hedge trimmer which extends my reach for the holly bushes, burning bushes and arborvitaes that have become unruly. They were last years displays and I got them for $20 each.
I now have a manual and three gas trimmers, four hedge trimmers (manual, electric, battery, gas) and a manual and gas pole saw. I think tools have become an addiction.

LOL. I may have to get one of those. It will complement a t-shirt the wife got me....
Yes I did. An 80-volt brushless rear-wheel drive lithium battery one. Hopefully he won't kill it in 2.5 years as it doesn't require checking if there is any oil in the thing.Did you get the father-in-law a new lawnmower? And her name is insert wife's name here.
Nice! I remember the days when the only options were either this…I bought one of these and it is awesome. All you do is put 1/4 cup of popcorn in it and put the lid on it and cook for about 3 minutes and you have popcorn. This is about as minimum clean-up as it gets. It's silicone, so no BPAs.
I think this is what Henry the VIII's ye olde Groom of the Stool used.
My grandfather had the second one. Burned myself a number of times taking it out of his wood-burning kitchen oven.
I learned about that job over the weekend watching some TV program. I think it was on some show about opening up a room to the public underneath some castle or something, or on antiques.I think this is what Henry the VIII's ye olde Groom of the Stool used.
Yes. That was a job. A very coveted job.
Just thinking about the hygiene of those times -- the logistics of personal hygiene -- oh man. It just grosses me out. Could these bodily smells and fungus and sores and ugh! Could they have been so immune to that? Yes, everyone was a hot mess, but distasteful smells and weeping sores are repugnant no matter when you lived. Right? Right?I learned about that job over the weekend watching some TV program. I think it was on some show about opening up a room to the public underneath some castle or something, or on antiques.
