Very nice! I have bought some really nice jewellery for gifts at thrift stores. The First Nations Thrift store in West Kelowna has the best selection. Recently at that store I bought 2 new wristwatches for $2.50 each. Never worn. Just had to put a battery in them.

Awesome, you can often find some real gems at thrift stores!

It isn't a very big store but has a huge jewellery selection in glass showcase. Very few hardcover books but many paperbacks.
I cannot get there unless I take 2 buses to West Bank and 2 more to get to the store. I've bought some beautiful picture
frames there. I found a pair of oval brass frames with small pearls around the entire frame for $1.00/pair. I call it a rich thrift store.

This may or may not be a picture of the one I got. It could be that they just posted a random picture on their website to sell the car.

(With the most recent changes to the board, I no longer have any clue how to put pictures on here from my computer.)

P.S. I can't even properly insert a spoiler! Ha!

Hmmmm? Are women generally not smart enough to use siphons? News to me...
No, just the wife. She admits she’s not the most mechanically inclined, and always marvels how easy it is to get water out of the pool with it when the water level is too high. Do try not to make things any more than what is noted… Thanks.

That's really great, and so worth the trip! :joyous:
