Bram Stokers Dracular Notes (wanted)

I recently read that you can buy Bram Stokers Notes from his research for Dracular but can't find it anywhere, does anyone know where I can get these? And has an interesting afterthought can any of Steven Kings story notes be bought anywhere? I find that sort of stuff really interesting

You can get this on Amazon for about $40. Sounds cool, kinda pricey.
