Wow, I thought that there must have been a thread for this too! It was a great show! MM, keep watching so we can all discuss some details. I'm not gonna, because I don't want to spoil the ride for you.

I think it was on the Old Board. I'm still watching the first season but I plan to play catch up real fast. It's damn good writing and acting.

I saw the final 8 on NetFlix a couple weeks ago and I thought the last 8 episodes were fantastic. Final episodes for TV shows are usually a disappointment but the Breaking Bad final episode was awesome.

You are so right~ I'm happy to know that it stays good all through . . .

I used to love Dexter but then I just grew tired of watching.

Dredging up this old thread. :D

I never got into this when it started, and hate to try to catch up if I don't see the beginning of something. But just recently watched the first couple seasons on demand, and now AMC is replaying them all, several episodes back to back on Sundays.

I am loving it sooo much! I'm about in the middle of season 3. Bryan Cranston really is great in this role. Everyone is great. It is my new guilty pleasure. ;-D

Here, there and everywhere.
Somehow, I never did watch Breaking Bad. Now I'm watching ALL of it. We taped the marathon on our DVR, and watched 30 episodes in two days over the holidays. We were laughing that it made us feel like meth heads, staying up until 3:00 a.m., ignoring our daughter and eating all junk food, saying, "one more episode, one more episode." Now we're waiting for the other episodes to air on AMC, and suffering from total withdrawal. We also have an entirely new vocabulary around the house, like, "Here's your breakfast, bitch," and if I don't comb my hair I say that I look like Spooge's woman.

We have watched through the first half of season 5. I'm waiting for the next disk to arrive (we ordered the final season from ebay). Aside from being excellently written and acted, with a wonderful soundtrack, this show really resonates with me for many reasons. As I wait for the final few episodes, I feel like I'm waiting to see what will happen in my own life. I know, logically, there's only one way for this to end, but I'm stupidly hopeful.

We watched the final two episodes yesterday evening. I feel lost. I love that they used "Baby Blue" in the final episode. I am so in love with Bryan Cranston and Vince Gilligan right now, and sad that it's over.

I felt so lost last night that I wound up teaching myself how to make California rolls. I made the sushi rice, and then made a crap ton of rolls. We raised our glasses to Walter White. I'm actually tearing up right now, and feeling silly, but after binge-watching for three weeks I'm feeling empty now that it's over.

Breaking Bad is the most addicting show. It was hard watching it as it aired because we had to wait a whole week for a new episode, especially the last season.
Yes, waiting each week was hard. The episode that had my heart racing was when Walt took Holly, he and Skyler had just wrestled each other, her brandishing a butcher knife. To the friends I was watching it with I yelled " He's got the baby! He's got the baby!" They were laughing hysterically because they knew I was fanatical about the show. Then Walt floors the truck and pushes the car out of the way. My heart was pounding and I had never wanted a cigarette and shot of tequila more! LOL.
