24 x 28 huh:umm: Well.....if you pace yourself I am going to throw out a guess of six months.
Of course.....not to be a downer....but.....what will probably happen is that you already have enough stuff to fill it but won't realize it until you start unpacking;;D

You're probably right especially once I go through all the things I haven't unpacked since I moved from my old house. Maybe that will be enough to slow me down on buying new supplies until I use up some of the old ones. Who am I kidding, not gonna happen.

If nothing else, it will give me the room to spread out all my different crafts so that I can actually do any one of them without having to make room. What's been happening lately is that I will think about doing x,y, or z craft and decide not to because it would be too much hassle to make the space for it or I can't even get to the supplies because they're packed up behind something else. Only sewing is getting done now.

Hoping to start construction in June and will take pics of the process. Am converting my 24 x 28 garage into a craft studio and having a new garage built. Any takers on an "office" pool for how long before I outgrow the new one because I keep buying craft supplies and try new crafts?

I'll bet one day... one day after you buy your full size weaving loom lol.

stacy270 Keep your SK voodoo doll handy. If SK doesn't write the next mystery featuring Holly and Jerome pretty soon, I want you to start putting pins in it :)

How fun! A whole garage!! I have a sewing machine that I got for a present several years ago that I have never used and so never hear the end of it...but I have no where but the kitchen table to set it. Can't really start any kind of project if I have to constantly move it from the table.

Maybe once all the kids are in college I can convert one of their bedrooms. ;-D

LOL. There's been rumors you've been approached by the producers of a new reality show for the premier of Addicted to Crafting. :)
At least it isn't Hoarders--yet. :D I saw a tee-shirt the other day that said I'm not a craft hoarder, I just need a bigger craft room. This was well after I'd decided to do this and it just affirmed that I am not alone with my crafting obsession.

A bit plain, but it'll get the job done. This is a thinly quilted bag to go over the bottom of a playpen. I only managed to get one done. I'm sure someone who knows what they are doing could whip them up quickly....but I don't have a clue.

The colour is actually supposed to be wine.

Okay so what's an Etsy shop?

Also known as "The Black Hole." I swear it is as bad as Pinterest for me!o_O

You are a crocheting fiend! ;-D Those are great, Stacy. I had to look back after seeing NBNP's post as I'd missed the one that is Steve.

One quick thank you before the board closes - thanks for the help in finding my Zombie VooDoo Doll Sock Monkey

Imwheouod have to remove the paint
