Funny you should ask. My giant 13 year old son ate TWO jars of pickles in ONE day. But that was just an appetizer. I myself could not survive without pork.

Do you have any good pork recipes HollyGolightly? I bought some boneless pork without any fat and it looks nice and lean but now I am not sure what recipe to make with it - I think it is sirloin? (Sirloin pork?)

anyway I was thinking maybe a sort of sweet and sour Chinese type recipe?
