But goodness was that ending sad. Zalewski was positioned as a moral compass (a person just coming in to the knowledge of the world's horror and trying to do something to right wrongs) and he was written and played so darn sympathetically! Excellent writing/foreshadowing from the earlier episode although I definitely did not anticipate episode 4's ending. Something told me horror would befall Zalewski because he was just too 'good' (expectant father, just trying to earn a living), but when he asked Henry about law school in episode 2 I was like maybe he'll make it out. Nope
Question: do you all think Zalewski went on his shooting spree because he touched The Kid (teaching him to do a fist bump)? It seems like The Kid's power rests in his touch (thinking to the white supremacist who died from cancer very soon after being put in the same cell as The Kid)
