I have a friend who told me about one of her friends. This person is well off. They have money.
You've heard this new pizza guarantee that if you aren't happy with your pizza, they will bring you a new one. Well, she would order half the pizza with whatever and the other half they would ask for tomatoes on it. She would then call them and say, "the tomatoes made the crust all mushy" and they would get a brand new pizza. Apparently she had pulled this so many times, the pizza place finally told her they would no longer take her business and deliver to her.
What I'm getting at is, yes, while the person above might have needed the money and that's why she made this unbelievable return, some people are out to steal no matter what their lot in life. It is their character.

At the Home Improvement center I work part-time we've got to find somewhere to get rid of over 200 cut Christmas trees. They've called all kinds of places and nobody will take them. I told them to call the lake association at a place where I fish because they drop trees in the lake every so many years to create structure for the fish. I guess it's not time yet to create structure because they're all still sitting in the garden center.

We tried that with some places. I guess pine doesn't make for good mulch.

The City of Winnipeg mulches all the trees here (not sure what they do with the wood chips)
I just looked it up - sounds like they turn it into compost with a bunch of other organic matter.
