I don't usually like coconut but Oh.Emm.Gee these are super duper delicious!

You can't feel the coconut in the cookie and it's just a hint/taste of it and it's wonderful. (I don't keep them at home because...coconut chocolate chip.)

I will have to try this, I love coconut. I just made a coconut custard pie and I'm going to make an Almond Joy pie soon. Sometimes I'll make a yellow cake poke cake and pour a mixture of coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk over the top. Then I top with whip cream and sweetened coconut flakes. Once it chills it's heaven.

To me, this is by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe - you simply add in about 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the basic batter
