While this year has been the year of the wasp around my house (hundreds! always finding nests) I am pleased to see a resurgence of bumblebees! Oranged belted bumblebees and the more traditional ones too. yay!
THis got really good at about the 3 minute mark -- where Jack is hitting door with ax. Very creative.

Okay, so I don't live in the smartest area of the country, that's a fact (it actually is, it was on the news, we have the most dumb people of the entire country). But they reached a new low... There's this store that reopened today; they rearranged the place. It's a chain store, so they are everywhere in The Netherlands. At the door we received a coupon to get 20% off... FOR THEIR STORE IN HULST. THAT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY.
Gee thanks! I will take the train tomorrow and pay a €40 fare just to get 20% off your items!

I have noticed that I have some bumblebees and honeybees enjoying all those nuisance wildflowers I planted.
