You could drive to the airport to see some touchdowns.
LOL. Or I could go watch Kurben and that broom sport thing he does. Although I've heard they've adjusted some things for the coronavirus pandemic. :)

It wasn't political crap... Just background info as to why we have to shelter indoors where I live. If I was going to make it political I would have used much choicer words.

- - - -

Day 10 without sports... Found a woman sitting on my sofa yesterday. Apparently she’s my wife. She’s not very nice.

And it seems I love touching my face. :)
The political crap being the use of incorrect descriptor that I've edited and replaced with correct and I'll stop there to not go more into HT. Please don't insult my intelligence by trying to go around it. You know what was fixed. Perhaps end of patience has been reached. :eyebrow:

My bad then. I didn't know you edited it... I apologize then. When you commented on it I reread it and thought it was just as I typed it. Perhaps all this virus stuff is getting to me. (I must have used one of those choice words) :(

Some interesting guidelines-

good luck finding disinfectant products. I have been able to find a little bleach but no lysol products.

Slim and none come to mind. :) They've moved up the pub date yet again, though. It's now April 21st but Jordan hasn't received the new banner from Scribner to change it on the site.

Also, you know better about trying to slip in political crap. Please don't do that again. :glare:

PPS: soothe, not sooth but forgot to fix that for you

I even have not started to read "The Institute" yet. Mr King is writing to fast for me.

I think maybe we're tired too.
And sometimes don't even realize it.
....I think I need a nap.....forgot I was up at 4 yesterday, and was up late last night.

I’ve stopped using money and now barter with toilet paper, nitrate gloves, and disinfectant. :)

Still have to score me some masks.

I have quite a few dust masks at work. They are not the medical kind but I could give you some for some of that disinfectant.

I have a couple paint respirators I could wear around if I need to. That would keep people away from me by more than 6 feet. :)

I ran across a bottle of Isopropanol 99% in the closet yesterday - it was sort of like finding gold. (The expiry date on it was from a long time ago but I don't think that stuff goes bad)

Not in Canada you can't - I think they grounded all the Air Canada flights (well I know they laid off all their staff) - probably the only flights still operating are the essential services.

:tickled_pink:
We have a snowbird from Canada here at my condo complex who wasn't planning to return to Canada until the end of April who had to be scrambling yesterday to figure out how to get home and whether she could just rent a car here to drive back. Her flight was first to Buffalo, NY and then to Toronto but she lives an hour outside of Toronto. Haven't seen her today but it's early so no one out by the pool yet. I can see the pool from the window in my guest room/office; that's not where I am right now. :)

If you need things try restaurants. With being closed they might want to turn some of their supplies they don’t currently need into cash.

We have a deli chain here (Too Jays) that is selling some supplies along with their take out. They are selling paper towels and a few other things. It's weird to call up and say, "give me a Reuben and a roll of toilet paper" :)

Good luck to your friend - I hope she gets home (no one is out by the pool?!)

The only water in my back yard is from the melting snow

;)

I know you were just joking - are there any flights coming out of Germany? (I mean is the air space reduced?)

Not in Canada you can't - I think they grounded all the Air Canada flights (well I know they laid off all their staff) - probably the only flights still operating are the essential services.

Ooops - my bad - they are on reduced services now but still operating

Please, Marsha. You cant criticise Dio's grammer after that marathon of a sentence a few pages ago. :)
