Take advantage of it. Everyone will pass. The university is not willing to fail students because of the coronavirus pandemic. It would be a public relations nightmare for them. Bottom line... Easy 'A.' :)
You know, I never thought of that, it wouldn't be good public relations for them to do that, but you are assuming that these people have hearts, but then again: it's all about money, so maybe.

Germany actually has a good number of cases, but not many are fatal because the general health of the German population, along with the average age, is pretty good. If a country can sort this mess out, it is definately Deutschland.

The number which counts are intensive beds per 100000 these days and those are pretty good. I can't recall the exact numbers but there are 3 to 4 times more then italy has. We have lots of people at risk. I have some in my family as well.

It’s already happening here. At work the wife had a college intern assigned to her. The internship ended because of the forced business closures by our governor, and the professor in charge called her up at home in order to review the progress. Apparently the university is at a loss for what else they can do to get the senior students needed internships for graduation and will probably just graduate them all even if they don’t fulfill the necessary requirements.

I wonder if there is any possibility of getting an advanced copy of Stephen’s new novella. With the stay-at-home order imposed by our governor over the COVID-19 the wife is going bat-$hit crazy and has no one to take her frustrations out on but me. I know deep in my heart a new Stephen King book would sooth the savage beast. I'd consider it a humanitarian life-sustaining gesture as it will save a life... MINE! ;):)

Slim and none come to mind. :) They've moved up the pub date yet again, though. It's now April 21st but Jordan hasn't received the new banner from Scribner to change it on the site.

Also, you know better about trying to slip in political crap. Please don't do that again. :glare:

PPS: soothe, not sooth but forgot to fix that for you

It wasn't political crap... Just background info as to why we have to shelter indoors where I live. If I was going to make it political I would have used much choicer words.

Day 10 without sports... Found a woman sitting on my sofa yesterday. Apparently she’s my wife. She’s not very nice.

And it seems I love touching my face. :)
