Something I'm quite happy about from the very first threaded board.

Marsha never really talked to anyone. Once in a blue moon, she would answer a question, but mostly it was other posters answering things. And the scroll would go a couple hundred posts before the answer would come up. You had to keep track of post numbers.

I was determined to get Marsha to talk. In the things she did say, I knew she was smart and had a sense of humor and that was something I could work with. I had a mission. It took a bit, but finally she started playing with us. More voices talking to her drawing her out. It made everyone smile.

Success!

Thankee for getting Marsha to talk. I remember those days well. I think I associated Marsha with one phrase--"stay on Topic". And how you guys managed so well to that! Paint, a rug, a spill, and on topic with The Green Mile.
Kept a notepad by side of computer- : name, post # . Then I could reply. Those times remind me of an adding machine tape. Scroll up and down, Find that post. Reread, reply. Darn---- miss those days.

Good memory -- The very first ever Stephen King message board story. FlakeNoir was our editor and she did illustrations! It was fantastic. 1 day to write. 250 words? I think it was -- GO!!!!! It was hilarious fun.

Spideyman

do you have the links for the past stories so I can get them copied?

Lots of personalities from the beginning that I wonder what happened to them.

@Spidey. Do you remember the guy named Greg aka Ka baby who said he was going to post every single day until Marsha sent him an autographed stephen king book? bwhahahaha. He didn't last long.
