....I apologize....life happened, and I never got around to reading this tale....hell of a week at work....death by hanging at work that required all I had in the way of lifesaving efforts, and sadly-they weren't enough....to much time had passed before I was alerted.....we worked like hell, but to no avail....then, another rescue that required surgery folllowing a dislocated and badly fractured ankle.....
Goodness. Sorry to hear that! No apologies!! Big hugs to you!

....first one in a while I wasn't able to get a heartbeat back on.....
Not making light of it,at all..just saying,if he had been down for a significant period,of course there is the brain damage issue..pretty sad situation GNT,no way for someone to die..one of my friends lost hope after a breakup with his girlfriend, and chose that out..it was real sad..

....I knew that of course, but I don't like it when someone dies on my shift.....the hospital actually got a pulse back with drugs and intubation-but there was no brain activity....

How are you feeling? There may have been an update that I missed about the kidney stone.
...thanks Marsha....the pain is gone for now....but no passing of the critter as yet....still waiting on the hospital to get me in for another CT scan....I just want to find out the make-up of it-so as to avoid things that will exacerbate the situation....

What time do you usually held these discussions? and day`?
They are usually held on Wednesday at 8PM eastern time (this can vary to 7 or 9). The thread is opened and discussions begin. However, the thread remains open during the next days and even months for anyone to post their thought, comments . Many come late to the discussion due to family or a TV conflict. Very informal.

fljoe0 started the group and each week there is a volunteer to pick the next story and be the leader.
You could easily start a thread-- and leave it open for others to respond at a later time that day.

Absolutely. We cater to all time zones here.

Everyone should also know that you can add to any discussions we've already had no matter how old the threads are. There's no expiration date on these.
