Not likely. He hasn't done it in the past. The only awards ceremony I remember his actually attending because it was a big deal for him was the National Book Foundation's Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters.
That's a biggie and I wouldn't have missed it, either.

I hope he snags the Edgar regardless of presence/non-presence.
